NOTIFY US
1. You phone or notify us online of your accident.
2. An RTA claim specialist contacts you back within hours to find out further details.
3. Information gathering & have medical if neccessary.
4. The RTA claim specialist carefully consider the merits of your case to decide how the claim should proceed.
5. We work with other professionals, in particular medical experts, to gather the evidence in support of your personal injury
compensation claim.
PRESENT CLAIM
1. The RTA specialist contact the person we believe is responsible for the RTA claim, who pass it on to their insurance company.
2. The insurance company has 3 weeks to acknowledge receipt of your claim.
CONSIDER CLAIM
1. The insurance company has a further 3 months to investigate the claim and decide whether they accept their client was at fault. They may interview witnesses and gather police evidence if necessary.
INSURANCE COMPANY ADMTTS FAULT
1. The insurance company offers you personal injury compensation.
2. We advise whether to accept the offer or try and negotiate a better offer.
3. If insurance company does not admit fault or makes unacceptable offer
4. We assess the likelihood of success and advise whether we should take your case to Court.
Only if the RTA specialist considers the prospects of success to be good will we issue proceedings in the Court on your behalf.
